10/12/2004 -- Maize participates in 6th
annual March of Dimes Culinary Stars Dinner. Held at the
Purdue University Union, the Culinary Stars Dinner brings the best of
the best in Lafayette cuisine together in order to raise money for the
March of Dimes. Maize has participated since the event's
inception.
09/18/2004 -- Maize hosts local charity
event at Defau Chevrolet. Maize will be catering to a local charity
event at Defau Cherolet. Come join us under the tents!
06/18/2004 -- Maize participates in the
Taste of Tippecanoe for the fifth consecutive year. Due to consistent
demand, Maize will serve its famous pecan-crusted catfish with a chili
lime aioli dipping sauce. Be sure to get to the both early,
as the line starts forming at around 5:30 PM, and gets longer as the
night goes on!
01/11/2003 -- Maize recognized by Purdue
University Food Science for
excellence in industry. Purdue's Food Science Department
recognizes businesses for excellence in industry, academics, government
and other areas. Maize is grateful to Purdue for its
continuing support and recognition.
